Cosmos Salon and Med Spa, a popular, beautiful and upscale salon located in the trendy “The Village at Las Sendas” in northeast Mesa (Power Rd & McDowell Rd, just off the 202) has a great opportunity for a full-time Hair Stylist Apprentice. This position will lead to becoming a stylist at this prestigious salon once you have completed the training program and transition time will depend on skill set and ability.

Applicants must be a licensed cosmetologist with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, ability to persevere in a team environment, be able to work independently as well as with a team, be driven and have the desire to be successful in the industry and a commitment to exceptional quality and customer service.

Training includes comprehensive hair cutting techniques, advanced color training with Wella educators as well as advanced training in styling, specialty styling, texture, color correction, and much more. The position is full time and duties include but are not limited to assisting experienced stylists with clients, applying color, blow-drying, shampooing, up-servicing, station cleanliness and being within state board guidelines etc. Cosmos Salon also provides complimentary continuing education classes for what’s trending, new techniques and refresher classes to all of it’s staff.
